Saturday Wedding - diamond.

*Estimated total based on 130 people Saturday, 25 people Friday and 10 in Wedding Party. Numbers can be customized to your needs.

This package is for the couple looking to delegate almost everything to our trusted team and favorite local vendors. It will give every couple the opportunity to enjoy their special day without having to plan each detail or schedule with vendors, unless they choose to do so. This package is our most comprehensive offering to our clients and includes vendors from DJ and Photographer to Friday & Saturday Caterers, Baker, Florist, Invitations and more. We will craft the package based on your number of guests, number in your wedding party, design theme and more! There are also add-on opportunities for things like transportation, cocktail hour appetizers, save the date photoshoots, and custom wedding signs, just to name a few! This package includes day of coordinating, decorating, set up and clean up for Friday and Saturday. The only things you will need to plan is color scheme, wardrobe choices, hair/makeup, choose an officiant and bring any alcohol you wish to serve. Saturday Wedding - platinum.

2024 - Starting at $7,200

This package is for the couple looking to delegate the majority of the prepping responsibility while still choosing their own vendors and personal touches. It will give every couple the opportunity to enjoy their special day with hands on help from the owner. It includes everything in the gold package as well as: up to 3, 1-hour planning sessions with the owner and assistance with vendor communication to ensure your day is properly planned. No need to hire a coordinator with this package because day of coordinating, decorating, set up and clean up for Friday and Saturday is already included. You and your partner will also walk away with a VIP gift, specially crafted for you two.

Saturday Wedding - gold.

2024 - Starting at $5,200

This package is basically everything you need to walk in and out, without having to do a thing! Including set up and clean up for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception with our tables, chairs, drink coolers and an on-site, day off concierge. This package also includes any add ons offered by the venue, additional event time and much more! You will need your own day of coordinator and decorator for this package.

Saturday Wedding - silver.

2024 - Starting at $4,200

This package is perfect for the couple that wants to handle most of their wedding day themselves, but would enjoy a few upgrades! As part of this package, we include access to venue chairs and tables (not set up), trash removal, drink coolers, day of concierge, opportunity to host the rehearsal dinner at the venue and use of the outdoor fireplace! We take care of taking down all the tables and chairs after your wedding and cleaning the venue so you can pack up your personal items and leave without having to worry about it. This package also includes add-on opportunities.

Saturday Wedding - bronze.

2024 - Starting at $3,400

This package is perfect for the DIY couple, who have plenty of help from friends and family! Including ample access to the venue, our tables and folding chairs (not set up), drink coolers, and an on-site day of concierge, this package provides couples with a ‘starter-kit’ to jump start your special day! We take care of taking down all the tables and chairs after your wedding and cleaning the venue so you can pack up your personal items and leave without having to worry about it. This package also includes add-on opportunities for:

  • Trash removal

  • Bluetooth Speakers

  • Propane heaters

  • Fire lit in the outdoor fireplace
