How many people can your venue support?

We can comfortably seat around 130 people inside the event space for a meal while leaving room for dancing. Additional tables can be set up inside and outside if desired to raise that number.

Do you allow alcohol to be provided to guests?

Yes, beer and wine can be provided at your event, no liquor allowed on the property. No glass bottle beer.

What all is included when renting the venue?

We are excited to be able to include SO much for every client! Examples include tables, chairs, rolling coolers, serving bars, sweetheart table, and more. Please click this link to explore more photos in this google drive folder.

What is required to book an event?

A non-refundable deposit will lock in your event date. A contract will be reviewed and signed. The remaining balance and damage deposit is due 90 days prior to the event date, with two required payments leading up to the 90 day mark for weddings.

When does the venue look like Spring?

Typically, mid-late April the farm will start turning bright green and it is so beautiful! The sod at the creek ceremony site takes a little longer to turn green compared to the fields and trees. The sod will be fully green in May.

Do you offer tables and chairs?

Yes, we have 17, 8-foot long rectangle tables, 5, 60 inch round tables, 2, 6-foot rectangle tables, and white folding chairs included with every rental for the client to use. Some wedding packages include setup of approved standard floor plans. View standard floor plans here.

Are dogs allowed at events?

Yes, they must be on a leash and it will be necessary for you to have someone in your  group assigned to “doggie duty” to ensure safety and clean up after your pet. They are not allowed inside the event space.

What do you require in addition to the rental price?

Every client must purchase a day of, event liability insurance policy. This can be done in minutes online through Event Helper. A damage deposit is also required and then refunded after event if rules are followed and property is not damaged.

What type of kitchen do you have?

We have a prep kitchen with working tables, refrigerator, large ice machine, and sink. No cooking is allowed inside the venue.

When does the venue look like Fall?

Every year is different, but you can see color changes start around late September and most of October is the Autumn sweet spot.

Where can a ceremony take place?

We have 3 outdoor ceremony site options. Our Fireplace Ceremony site, close to the barn, is perfect for weddings of any size. Our Creekside Ceremony site feels closer to nature surrounded by a field, trees and a creek with permanent wooden benches and an arbor. An intimate ceremony can also be set up in front of the barn. In addition to these, an inside ceremony can be set up in our climate controlled event space.

Do you allow sparklers?

Yes, as long as they are used outside at least 10 feet away from the barn and placed in buckets of water to put them out immediately.

Do you have a vendor list?

Yes, we have a preferred vendor list to be helpful to all of our clients. We do not limit you and welcome new vendors as long as they follow our policies.

Do you allow fireworks?

We do not allow fireworks.

Do you allow confetti cannons?

We do not allow confetti cannons.

Do you include a parking attendant?

We do not include a parking attendant in any of our packages, but we will be glad to help you fill that role for your event.
